Dutchmen Academy/FC Dutchmen Premier Summer Press Release 2014(II):

Tryout Registrations Reach All Time High:  FC Dutchmen would like to thank everyone for has shown interest in our club by attending this year’s tryouts.  We set a new high with 450 players participating!

Andrew Carver Joins the Dutchmen Staff:  FC Dutchmen is excited to announce the addition of Andrew Carver to our Coaching staff.  Coach Carver was the Head Assistant at Division II Davis & Elkins College in West Virginia for the past 3 seasons.  The former Christopher Newport player will be the Head Assistant at Hartwick College.  Coach Carver will be coaching the U17 Boys Premier Team beginning this fall.

Final Tryout to be Held This Week:  The final opportunity to try out for all FC Dutchmen Premier Teams and Dutchmen Academy Teams will be this Wednesday and Thursday.  Schedules can be found on the clubs website guilderlandunited.com.  Coaches will be calling players with their team selection and club information beginning this Friday!

Dutchmen Academy Summer Training Dates Released:  Coach Eric Miller and Coach Jorge Aponte will be holding summer skill training sessions for all Dutchmen Academy Players.  The U8 & U10 Boys and Girls will train from 3:00 – 4:15 and the U11 & U12 Boys and Girls from 4:15 – 5:30 on Sunday’s at DiCaprio Park. Sessions will be held on July 20, 27, August 3, 10, 17, 24.  We expect that all players would attend and there is NO cost to our families.
