Background Check Program

"The purpose of the Department of Recreation and Parks’ Background Check Program is to ensure that every individual who interacts with children undergoes a criminal history records check. The objective of the Background Check Program is to provide parents with peace of mind knowing their children are provided a safe and positive experience."

The above paragraph is quoted directly from the County website. Glen Burnie Baseball & Softball adheres to the letter and spirit of this important program. Background checks are good for three (3) years and cost only $7.00 (the County heavily subsidizes the expense). You may either print off and mail in the completed form along with your check - or - submit your background request online using a credit card (recommended).
